DwellOps Vendor Registration

Register as a service vendor to receive work order assignments from DwellOps Property Management. We coordinate maintenance jobs via SMS or email. SMS is optional.

A valid email address is required.

If provided, phone number must be valid (at least 10 digits).

SMS consent is optional. You can register without receiving text messages.

DwellOps will reach out when work orders become available in your area. If you opted into SMS, we'll text you; otherwise we'll contact you by email.

How it works

Provide your contact info. SMS notifications are optional — you can also receive job assignments by email.

We text you a job

When a work order matches your trade and location, you'll receive an SMS with the address, issue, and a simple reply option — Reply 1 to accept, 2 to pass.

Coordinate by text

Scheduling, updates, and job completion all happen via SMS. No app to download, no portal to log into.

Submit and get paid

When the job is done, we send a link to submit your invoice and completion photos. Payment is coordinated by the property manager.
